Ready when you are —
and just as committed

Nobody likes litigation, and the goal is to resolve conflicts in an efficient and cost-effective way. Whenever possible, we seek creative solutions and focus on what will best build the business going forward. If we can find a win-win for both sides, the result can be greater profits, an improved business community, and ongoing cooperation.

Sometimes resolution takes time, and requires court intervention to decide where to strike the balance. At Creedon PLLC, we've seen litigation at every stage. From the first phone call through petitioning the United States Supreme Court, we stay focused on your end goals and work with your business culture.

Our first step is to discuss your potential matter with you and get a full picture of the situation. We will map out the case timeline for you and answer whatever questions you have about where the critical points are, what the litigation budget looks like at each point, and where the decision moments are in each phase. With our experience in administrative, military, state, and federal matters, we will do our best to honestly analyze your case and explain potential complications.

Early Case Strategy

We know that some cases result from complex conflicts, and some are simple matters that have grown out of proportion. At Creedon PLLC, we draw on our experience to communicate in a professional and forthright manner with opposing counsel, and we will provide you with a range of potential early case options both outside of and within the court system.

Trial Counsel
& Local Counsel Services

We know the courtroom and are confident in our trial practice at courts in multiple jurisdictions. We have prosecuted and defended criminal cases, have led trial teams to success in state and federal matters, and we understand the critical differences between a jury trial and going judge-alone. In addition to managing our own caseload, we offer local counsel services to attorneys not admitted in Texas or who require local counsel in the federal courts.

Judgment Enforcement

A trial verdict is not always the end — sometimes there is a monetary judgment to be collected. We will walk you through the steps involved, and can assist in enforcing judgments against those who are refusing to comply with them.

Appellate Services

Perhaps you have already been through trial and received a verdict you were not expecting, or you are heading to trial soon and want to be certain you are preserving your appellate rights to the greatest extent. We work with clients and attorneys who already have cases in progress but need additional assistance. Is trial already complete with a final judgment? We have handled appeals up through petitioning the United States Supreme Court, and we are ready to work with you to seek the result you deserve.

Have you already been served, or know a lawsuit is in the works? The clock may be ticking — please reach out and let us demonstrate our commitment to excellence.

Suit up. Litigation means that every step is critical — and every decision can change the outcome..
